Yes, and we play them! We bring thousands of songs to each event. Your special requests are important to us. That is why we discuss them with you in advance.
you take breaks?
No. Breaks are not taken unless specified by the client. Sound Productions provides continuous music unless an announcement is being made on the microphone.
you set up your equipment before my guests arrive?
Absolutely! There is NO additional charge for this. This is just another way that Sound Productions fulfills its commitment to professionalism. In our opinion, it looks "tacky" having you and your guests watch the set-up process. How many times do you go to a concert and see them setting up the equipment as you wait for the show to begin? We will coordinate the set-up time with the banquet facility.
will my DJ and MC be dressed at my event?
You decide! The Planning Guides on this website allow you to choose how you would prefer your DJ and MC to be dressed. Whatever you choose, you can be assured that it will be tasteful and professional. The following attire descriptions should help in making your decision:
Formal - Full tuxedo
Semi-formal - Shirt and tie with dress slacks
Business Casual - Company polo with khaki pants
Casual - Company polo with denim jeans
you offer karaoke?
Yes! As a matter of fact, we bring over 1,000 songs in categories such as oldies, rock 'n roll, country, and today's current hits. We also include a 19" TV monitor to display the lyrics. You can add this to any of our party packages for an additional $95.00.
much is the deposit?
To reserve your date, Sound Productions requires 20% of the total package cost. A minimum of $100.00 is required.
the deposit refundable?
Unfortunately not. However, if we are able to re-book the date, you will be able to transfer the deposit. (Your rescheduled date must be within 12 months of the original date.)
is the balance due?
The balance is due one week before your contracted event date.
you have references?
Yes. We can provide you with a list of satisfied clients as well as industry professionals (banquet managers, photographers, wedding consultants, etc.).
